  • Each Happy Hour Home is available for short term and extended stays through online travel agencies such as Airbnb & VRBO which function as third party platforms. However, you can save the service fees by booking directly through our website, offering you the same quality stay at a lower price

  • Our calendars are always up to date. Once you complete the online reservation process your booking is confirmed. Check your inbox for confirmation.

  • Unfortunately, no. Upon making your reservation, 100% of the accommodation fees will be charged to your credit card.

  • Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees where applicable.

  • We allow free cancellation for 24 hours, as long as it’s cancelled at least 30 days before check in. After that, you may cancel up to 30 days before check in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate as well as the entire cleaning fee.

  • We allow a 1 time courtesy to alter your reservation up to 14 days prior to check in. If there's a difference in rates to alter your dates, we will invoice or reimburse the difference. Alteration requests must be in writing.

  • Some of our properties are pet friendly and others are not. Please review the details of each property to identify which will allow for your pet. Pet fees apply at all of our pet-friendly homes.

  • We’ll do everything in our power to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle free. If there is a malfunction or any issue, we ask that you let us know immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time.

  • Similar to online platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, we will send all your check in details prior to your stay (typically 4 days before check in). You’ll have all the information you need to find the house and enter with a code at your convenience after the posted check in time.

  • You will likely not have any interaction with the property host. We value your privacy. That being said, you may see lawn or pool/hot tub maintenance workers outside. We try to handle any maintenance issues of the homes between reservations, but should there be a need for someone to come inside during your stay, we will reach out to you first.

  • Each property’s listing will include their own specific house rules, and in addition, the following rules apply to ALL properties:

    • No smoking or vaping within 25 ft of a house or doorway

    • No illegal drugs or substances

    • No fireworks, firearms, explosives, or dangerous items

    • Candle or incense burning is not permitted

  • Yes! You’ll find starter items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher soap and dish soap in your property. Once these items have been exhausted, it is your responsibility to replenish as needed during the length of your stay. Other items such as tea, filters, spices, etc may be provided but are not guaranteed by Happy Hour Homes.

  • We do not allow gatherings, events, or parties at most of our properties (see each listing’s house rules to confirm) and as such, we reserve our homes for confirmed overnight guests. No visitors may come onto the property without the written permission of the hosts prior to your stay.

  • Absolutely! If you’re more comfortable reserving a stay on a 3rd party platform, we’re happy to host you any way possible.
