→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in and late checkout is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance.
→ The HOA does not allow street parking for guests. The garage and driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, snuggly.
→ Pets are considered but are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please respect the neighborhood and pick up after them outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. Please contact us if you would like to bring your pet.

THE LOCATION
Pinnacle Pines is a peaceful and quiet townhome community with groomed sidewalks and trails woven throughout. Doggie comfort stations along the sidewalks.2 Car Garage with additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking on the sides of the street that have sidewalks.

→ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10 am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.
