  • → While our unit is freshly-renovated from head to toe (kitchen, floors, carpet, paint, etc.), the complex was built in 1964. You will find original cement walls and ceilings, and you might encounter a few 60s quirks!

    → I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in and late checkout is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance.

    → This unit is part of a condo community that is operated by an HOA. Occasionally amenities that we advertise, i.e. pool, laundry room, etc, may be unavailable while undergoing upgrades/repair. We will always do our best to bring any issues to your attention prior to your stay, but such timing and repairs are out of our control and we are not liable.

    → Parties are NOT allowed anywhere on the property. Registered guests only.

    → Due to common allergies, cats are not permitted.

THE LOCATION

There is one designated covered parking spot as well as free street parking readily available. The condo is walkable to many dining options and attractions. Ubers are always within a 5-minute wait and Bird scooters are available to rent around Old Town on a grab and go basis.

    → Self check-in with keypad

  • → 4 guests maximum
    → Pets allowed
    → Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
    → No parties or events
    → No commercial photography
    → No smoking

  • → Strictly no smoking in the property or at the pool

    → Pool equipment is full controlled by the HOA. No refunds will be issued if the equipment malfunctions during your stay.

    → Pets allowed upon request

    → Pet fee $50 per pet (up to two dogs, most breeds welcomed)

    → Guest is liable & will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

    → Not to be used for commercial purposes.

    → No photo or video shoots without prior approval.

    → Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.

    → All unregistered/day guests must be approved.

    → No Back In parking in any spot. Must pull straight into the spot.
