→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, an early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkouts are not permitted.

→ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
