→ Guests will have their own 1-car covered parking spot. All other guests are free to park on-premise in any open spot marked 'Visiitor'. (Please note: Violators will be towed). This community is Ride Share friendly and Uber / Lyft is encouraged.
→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, late check out is not offered.
→ This unit is part of a condo community that is operated by an HOA. Occasionally amenities that we advertise, i.e. pool, laundry room, etc, may be unavailable while undergoing upgrades/repair. We will always do our best to bring any issues to your attention prior to your stay, but such timing and repairs are out of our control and we are not liable.
→ This unit is located in the 2nd floor and is a bit of a walk from the parking lot.
→ Due to common allergies, cats are not permitted.
→ 5 Min / 1.5 Miles Drive to Old Town

→ Pool equipment is full controlled by the HOA. No refunds will be issued if the equipment malfunctions during your stay.
→ 1 pet allowed upon request for $50 per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
→ Not to be used for commercial purposes.
→ No photo or video shoots without prior approval.
→ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.
